Abstract

In this modren era the energy based routing protocols are studied with the help of different algorithms. In this work Cluster-based routing is a solution to address node heterogeneity, and to limit the amount of routing information that propagates inside the network . The idea behind clustering is to group the network nodes into a number of overlapping clusters. Clustering makes possible a hierarchical routing in which paths are recorded between clusters instead of between nodes. There are different problems like data duplication and data redundancy problem. Another problem is the network life time problem due to the redundancy. During the transmission energy is lossed, so there is energy consumption problem. These problems are resolved in future with the help of energy routing protocols.
