Abstract

The Thermoelectric power (TEP) of semi conductors has been measured as such study can provide information on Free carrier concentration, The See back coefficients, effective mass of holes mh and scattering mechanism. The thermoelectric power of as grown crystals was measured in the temperature range of 313K to 403K.The positive sign of thermoelectric power depicted their p-type nature within the temperature range studied.
