The paper is introduce new Embedding Process with Discrete Wavelet Transform and Singular Value Decomposition then relate with others methods performance with different Rotational attacks to demonstrate with parameters. Also Attack detection and recovery of ROI using pseudo Zernike moment and affine transform made this very functional method in the approaching color picture watermarking areas.
