Abstract

From ancient times till now the teacher is accepted as the ideal personality of society. Initially, that Brahma-Vishnu became a priest in the past. It is certain that the teacher has a unique role in the personality development of a child. The impact of psychology has made education a child centric. In this way, in the modern education system, teachers, teachers as well as parents, leaders, directors, associates, consultants and unbiased judges perform many roles. Today the teacher cooperates with children in many ways. The artificiality of the physical age, mechanism has made the Indian environment change and variable. Over time, new experiments and approaches have changed the nature of every business and post. Now it is impossible to do any work in its ancient ways. When such a change comes into the society, then the responsibility of the educated, educated class of society also increases. The burden of obligations has to be controlled by being more modest. This is more applicable to the teacher class. The creator of society, the guide of the nation, the regulatory teacher of healthy traditions need to be even more careful.
