Abstract

There are many roles in the teacher's modern education system that are unwritten. For example, the role of advancing the weak and helpless class, stipulating and mobilizing the facilities etc. Sometimes there is a need to work out of the rules too, because if the rules are followed completely, then the child who can get the benefit can not get it. Here, the teachers have to bear more responsibility. In order to make this role more meaningful, the government should give at least such pay scale to them so that they can live well in their family life. In the absence of meaning, the chaos of dissatisfaction can be avoided. And the need and challenges of environmental education are to focus solely on the work of religion. In society, when their level of living will increase, then they will be able to concentrate on the true service of society. It has also been said that the teacher's basic work is to try to achieve the result that is expected of the teacher's business work. It is the responsibility of the teacher to refine the personality of a child without caste, religion, gender or any other discrimination. The teacher is a member of the community and society. Therefore, it is the teacher's job to build the personality of the child according to the standards of society, and the most important and basic work of the teacher is to focus on the moral and characteristic development of the child. The teacher is the knower of his subject.
