Gender Equality and Moral Values in Inclusive Education

After independence, many legal provisions were made by the Indian Constitution to provide an opportunity for everyone to have equal education. But the amended law of education, Tawheej Jaw Munkbanjavad. Bound. 2009. Through education, an attempt has been made to make education compulsory and legal for children up to 14 years and to bring revolutionary changes in the field of education. Being in the concurrent knowledge of education, the governments of both the Center and the state implement several schemes at their level for education of boys and girls. But even today, the situation in the field of women's education remains very poor. The condition of women has improved a lot since India's independence. Half of the population of India is represented by women, so half of the country's progress depends on the shoulders of women. According to the 2011 Census, the literacy of men as compared to 82 to 14 is female literacy 65. 46: It shows that the level of education of women in India is still very low and this shows the dismal situation. Several constitutional provisions have been made to improve the social condition of women in India. The Abolition of Sati Practices Act 1987, Dowry Retribution Act 1961, Act was introduced in 1991 to prevent murder and such acts. The present Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has launched a scheme called Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao on 22 January 2015 with the aim of furthering this work and bringing gender equality in education so that this gap can be bridged. But despite all the constitutional and protective measures taken for women, the ground reality is much different. Even today, in our society, women are treated as secondary. Despite the equal rights mentioned in the constitution, it would be ironic to say that even today the status of women is satisfactory in the country. The education and empowerment of women is not just an issue related to a woman, but the development of family, village and ultimately the nation is ensured by their powerful and educated people. It is to make them capable in easy words, so that they can take decisions of their own interest and prepare favorable conditions for their sustenance, and in addition to that they get socio-economic and political rights, as well as to enable them to become empowered and competent. Inclusive education can be an important approach for this.
