Abstract

The process parameters of FDM manufacturing technology is very important for obtaining high quality parts, good mechanical properties. Several optimization techniques used such as Response surface methodology, Taguchi method, FF, ANN etc. much research work has been carried out in ABS, PC, PPSF, Nylon-12, PC-ABS blend for optimizing process parameters to identify improved surface roughness, mechanical properties and built-up time.
