Even today, almanacs are made in India by this method, on the basis of which religious acts and festivals are celebrated all over the country. In the present tense, most of the almanacs are presented by the method of Suryasiddhanta, Makaranda arrays and Grahalaghava. Some such almanacs are also made which are presented on the basis of nautical almanac, but they are often adapted to the Indian decision system.
