Abstract

Panchayatraj system is a means of democratic decentralization. Through this, efforts are made to bring democracy to the ground or grassroots level. By sharing the power of the Center and the state, local importance issues are entrusted to Panchayat Raj institutions at local level, so that the participation of people can increase in governance.
