Human rights exchanges: In reference to the Indian National Movement

Abstract
At present, human rights are universal truths. It has been demanded in its own form since ancient times. In British India human rights were divided. On one side, the British had human rights, on the other hand, the slave Indians The British rulers had kidnapped human rights of Indians. During the National Movement, Indians found a certain amount of human rights through demand. As in the charter of 1813, the interest of the Indians has been taken into consideration. The effort of other such Acts, Regulations and Movements in this paper has been analyzed by historical and analytical method.
