Abstract
The teacher is a guide to the society. His artistry and personality are standard or ideal for the society. The teacher gives birth to intellectual revolution in society. The teacher is the ideal model of the society so that the students and the common people are affected by all the inner and outer forms. In such a way, the attitude of teachers is idealistic and it is imperative to be balanced. But the quintessential indispensable reason is that today's situation appears to be inequality, which is in its origin. Tension in teachers In the context of primary school, Frabell thinks that the child plant is the school garden and the teacher is the gardener.
