Study of The Relationship Between Teaching Effectiveness and Life Satisfaction of Teachers in Government Secondary Schools

Abstract

The study presented "Study of Teaching Effectiveness of Teachers in Government Secondary Schools and Relationship in Life Satisfaction". The objective is to study the educational, vocational, social, emotional, moral and personality and relationship in life satisfaction of the teaching effectiveness of teaching teachers in government secondary schools. In the study presented, the correlative survey method has been used under descriptive research. In the presented study, as a whole, all those government aided secondary level teachers located in Azamgarh district have been taken up who are currently teaching. In the research work, 50 teachers have been selected from 10 government aided schools of government aided secondary level in Azamgarh district. To measure teacher-effectiveness research as a tool in the study presented, "Measuring Teacher Effectiveness" created by Pramod Kumar and DN Mutha under which five dimensions of teacher effectiveness measurement are educational, vocational, social, emotional, moral and personality and ' The 'Jeevan Santoshi Mahani' has been produced by Dr. Pramod Kumar and Dr. (Mrs.) Jayashree Dhyani. Is. Correlative moment coefficient statistical methods have been used to analyze and interpret data. The findings of the study were found - There is a positive and meaningful correlation between the teaching effectiveness of teachers in government secondary schools and life satisfaction. There is a positive and meaningful correlation between vocational, social, moral and personality and life satisfaction of teaching effectiveness of teachers in government secondary schools. There is no relation between educational and emotional and life satisfaction of teaching effectiveness of teachers in government secondary schools.
