Abstract

The term 'public collection' means 'collecting people'. The word 'collection' means 'collecting, collecting, keeping, controlling' etc. in the dictionary. Thus, the collection of people means - "By gathering people together and administering them in such a way that their ability to come from their mutual compatibility should come in them and by keeping their status stable by them, the path of attaining credit Put in In Manusmriti, the term 'collection of the nation' has also been used in this sense. In the original language, the word is interpreted as: "Public collection, Lokasuni Marg Pratapnivaranam" - that means making people, who have arbitrarily behaved arrogant due to ignorance, gathering in status quo and putting them in the path of self-improvement. People's words in the public collection are not human beings, but they are the conceptions of the entire human race. However, God has such a desire that many people like Goddess, Satelok, Patrilok, Devalak, etc. who have been created by God, also have good nourishment.
