Abstract

Trick, caste and niggestion are parts of jalp and vitanda. That is why the jurist has included the post of exile in the signs of jalp. The purpose of conservation of philosophy of jalpa and vitanda is the purpose of their inherent deceit etc. Therefore, for the purpose of rendering the rendering of deceit etc. as necessary, they have been included in the 'Nyayadarshan' and accordingly in the book called 'Logical Defense'.
