Abstract

The varna system treats every person as a social animal and represents his / her duties and rights in such a way that they are expedient both in terms of his family environment and collective interest. In ancient India, the social life of humans was based on Chaturvanya and four Ashramas. In the Puranas, the scientific and usefulness of the Indian Varnashram system has been described appropriately. Varnashrama Dharma is the best religion since Shruti-Smriti is prescribed and etiquette is acquired.
