Abstract

It is universally accepted that the quality of a nation depends on the quality of its citizens, the quality of the citizen depends on the quality of education. The quality of citizens depends on many factors such as inherited qualities and attitudes from parents, financial aid, building, books, and school equipment, curriculum and instructional methods etc. But, the most important factor in the whole process is the quality of the teacher. . The importance of the teacher is undeniable and the teacher plays a major role in the process of education. If the teacher is weak and ineffective, then education becomes weak and unstable. Only an effective teacher contributes to educational improvement. If a nation has good, qualified and efficient teachers, then the foundation of the coming generations also becomes good. The task of improving classroom teaching is an urgent need of the present time. It is hypothesized that the purpose of teaching is to promote learning and interpersonal relationships. What happens inside the classroom has a direct impact on the quality and standards of education. The classroom is the main place and the study of all aspects of classroom teaching is very necessary to further the curriculum of education. The role of teachers in influencing the future of our developing nation is becoming increasingly important, and that is why this issue is the subject of research.
