Abstract
In the last decades of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, modern means of transport, communication and production have made access to human products and services from one place to another in a very easy manner, as a result of which the entire world is a village. And a new era in economic aspects has started. Liberalization, privatization and globalization are the result of this economic transition. The field of education has also not remained untouched by these trends and today these three words are being used extensively in the discussion of education.
