Abstract

The present paper describes for the first time an illustrated enumeration of some diverse potential herbal plants having natural diuretic properties. In the present study, nearly 20 diuretic plant species belonging to 17 families and 19 genera collected and documented. Their taxonomy, ecology and means of conservation have been discussed in great detail for the first time.
