Presently, our country is becoming a superpower in the economic and technical field, but we are still not free from immorality, corruption, exploitation, crime, violence and inferiority. The labor and exploitation of laborers is deeply concerned with this. At present, every worker is entitled to get everything from this society, which the society can give to him according to his strength and abilities. Workers should be given an environment from which they can lead an independent and dignified life. The research paper presented aims to analyze the problems of workers employed in the carpet industry.
