Abstract

Rasa has a very high reputation in the Sanskrit Natya Jagat and Kavya Jagat since ancient times. There is no beauty in poetry without rasas, there is no melody in poetry and no life in the sentence. Shrishrao va Sastra. Etc. It seems from the description of Brahma that Rasa means Brahma and Brahma means Rasa. In Sanskritikavastra Rasa is an important place of deliberation. The Rasa Sampradaya and the Sound Sampradaya have accepted Rasa as a poetical entity. It is known from the microscopic study of other sects, that all Acharyas have given recognition to Rasa in some form or the other.
