Abstract

The study presented is a comparative study of the values ??of teachers in funded and self-funded colleges. According to the nature of the study presented, the research method has been completed under descriptive research. In the research study presented, teachers in the financially aided and self-funded colleges of Allahabad district have been included as a population. In the study, 50-50 teachers have been selected in financially aided and self-funded colleges. The value scale of constitution created by Dr. Amit Abraham and Dr. Rashmi Pant has been used for the study of values. The price scale is divided into nine values, which are as follows - religious value, social value, health value, democratic value, aesthetic value, economic value, cognitive value, power value, family value value. The mean, standard deviation, standard error and t-ratio statistical methods have been used for data analysis. In conclusion, it is found that there is no significant difference in the religious value of teachers of funded and self-financed colleges.
